This is registration for the DELF Junior exam itself, not a preparation course. DELF Junior is for teenagers aged 12 to 18 who want official recognition of their French level.
Session dates — February 2027
- DELF B2 — Monday, February 22, 2027
- DELF B1 — Tuesday, February 23, 2027
- DELF A2 — Wednesday, February 24, 2027
- DELF A1 — Thursday, February 25, 2027
These are the dates of the group (written) papers. The speaking test is an individual appointment scheduled between February 22 and March 11, 2027; the exact day and time will be in the official exam invitation.
The exam is written in person in Longueuil, on Montréal’s South Shore, in partnership with an official exam centre.
What’s included
- A seat in the February 2027 session, at the level you choose — DELF Junior A1, A2, B1 or B2
- All four papers: listening, reading, writing and speaking
- The exam venue in Longueuil
- No additional fees once registration is complete
DELF Junior or DELF tout public?
The diploma is identical — an official diploma from the French Ministry of Education, valid for life, on the same European scale (A1 to B2). What differs is the content: the Junior version builds its tasks around a teenager’s life — school, friends, hobbies, sports — while the standard version uses adult situations such as work, housing and paperwork. At the same level, a teenager simply recognizes the Junior topics.
Registration and payment
Registration and payment must be completed by Friday, February 12, 2027. A seat is confirmed only once full payment is received.
⚠️ Parental consent required. Every candidate under 18 must provide written permission from a parent or legal guardian in order to sit the exam.
Preparing for the exam
Preparation is not included. Junior candidates prepare with us one-on-one: pace, topics and schedule fit the student and the school year. If the target level isn’t clear yet, the French placement test confirms it before booking a seat.
