Pronunciation is the part most French courses skip. These workshops are built entirely around it: the sounds, rhythm, and intonation that make spoken French sound natural rather than just grammatically correct.
Format
Live weekly sessions, every Tuesday from 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. (Montreal time), led by a teacher specialised in French phonetics. All levels attend the same weekly slot, from A1 to B2, with exercises adjusted to where each participant is.
What you work on
- Individual sounds that don’t exist in your first language and are hard to hear or produce
- Rhythm and stress patterns specific to French
- Intonation — the melody that turns a statement into a question, or signals hesitation versus confidence
Who it’s for
Designed for learners who understand French reasonably well but want to be understood more easily when they speak. You can join starting from any weekly session, there’s no fixed start date to wait for.
