Ev@lang is an adaptive online French placement test developed by the language assessment specialists at France Éducation international. The questions adjust to your answers as you go, so the test finds your level quickly and accurately across three skills: reading comprehension, listening comprehension, and grammar and vocabulary.
What’s included
- One unique Ev@lang access code, sent by email after your payment is confirmed
- The full three-module test, completed online in up to about 35 minutes
- An overall CEFR-aligned level, plus a separate result for each of the three skills
- A result sheet available immediately after the test
This is a digital product: no physical item is shipped, only an access code.
How it works
After checkout, your access code appears in your order details and is sent to you by email. Use a computer, headphones, and a stable internet connection, register on the Ev@lang candidate platform with your code, and complete all three modules, ideally in one sitting. Results display on the platform as soon as you finish; download or print your result sheet, since it isn’t automatically emailed as a PDF.
Who this is for
Suited to anyone who wants to confirm their current French level before choosing a course, measure progress before or after training, or identify which skills need work. Each code is personal and works once, so if your connection drops mid-test, contact us instead of buying a new code.

Ev@lang is a placement test, not a diploma or an official language certification. Results cannot be used for immigration, citizenship, university admission, or other official procedures.
